First, Swell Guy Plumbing shows up when you schedule a test with us. Please note that weather events such as rain and freezing temperatures can effect our ability to test your assembly if it’s located outdoors.
Second, if your initial test fails we don’t just walk away and say you need an expensive repair. We will attempt to clean the internal components of your backflow prevention assembly and immediately retest. Debris and dirty internals are a common reason why backflow prevention assemblies fail.
For passing tests, we’ll submit the results to your water provider by the end of the week. If we find faulty parts are the problem, we’ll give you a repair estimate.
