Owner's reply
Thanks so much for the great review! I'm glad I could help get your washer drain flowing again—throwing clothes into the washer definitely beats hand scrubbing! I really appreciate your recommendation and kind words about our pricing. It was a pleasure helping you out!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough good things about Steve! He came out the same day when we had an issue with our water heater and did an absolutely amazing job. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and got everything repaired quickly and correctly.

It’s not often you find someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile for their customers. Steve was exactly that kind of professional. He made a stressful situation much easier and gave us peace of mind knowing the repair was done right.

I highly recommend Steve to anyone who needs plumbing or water heater work. Excellent service from start to finish!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Steven was great! We had an issue that resurfaced after 2 years and he was quick, prompt, and communicated extremely well to keep us informed on where we were at through the entire process. This is the only plumbing company we trust with our business. True, honest, and always willing to take care of the customer anyway possible!

Owner's reply

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely brilliant experience. Turned up on time, sorted the issue quickly, and the price was more than fair. Professional from start to finish. I've already told my friends about them and will definitely be using them for both my properties from now on.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Steven Swell is super! He's very professional. The minute he came in he worked until he was done. I'm very happy with the results. He did a lot of work. And he cleaned up after himself. I didn't see not one crumb, or mark and tub or tile wall. I'll use him again in a heartbeat.

Owner's reply

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Swell Guy Plumbing was great to work with! My hot water heater was leaking significantly and he came out the same day I called (which was a Friday) , got me a quote for a new water heater install by Monday and had the installation job done a couple days later. He has price ranges listed very transparently on his website and the quote I received was right in line with what his website said and honestly less than I expected based on my previous research. Steven was kind, knowledgeable, and professional and working with him was a good experience. I would definitely recommend him and his work!

Owner's reply
Thank you for letting us help with your tankless water heater installation. We really appreciate your business and thank you for taking time to leave a review.
